Brain health starts with food as food is the fuel for brain activity. However, most foods have powers beyond providing fuel. In our Roasted Chicken with Rosemary Butter, we have included two ingredients that are very beneficial for brain health.
So, while almonds are increasing acetylcholine, rosemary is stopping it from being destroyed by other forces. It just goes to show that there is no one magic bullet. Nutrients work together. Now, where did I put that bag of rosemary and sea salt almonds (Blue Diamond)…
